35th Street Studios is Chicago's premiere rehearsal facility for local and national acts. You can book rehearsals Hourly, Weekly, or Monthly (Monthly rooms include heat, a/c, security, and 24/hr access). (Bands, businesses, and music teachers are welcome)
You can use the "Live" room's PA and Lighting, or the entire room can be cleared should you wish to use your own gear. Provide us your "tech" rider, and we will coordinate your backline requirements and cartage at very favorable rates. We have relationships with the midwest's most reliable backline companies. The "Live" room is also great to use as a Soundstage/Showcase room.
